Compact, Amplified, and Interactive Audio Player on SD Card

The NanoPlayer Box allows the playback of WAV/MP3 content, either automatically upon power-up (AutoPlay function), or interactively via a contact closure on the input or by remote control.

Due to its small size, the NanoPlayer Box can be installed in a variety of environments. Audio files are stored on an SD/SDHC memory card, simply prepared using a file manager. The organisation and naming of folders define the playback behaviour.

Equipped with a dual amplifier, the NanoPlayer Box allows the connection of two headphones or a Waves System mono earpiece, an alternative for localised listening. The NanoPlayer Box also features a $2 \times 8$ watt amplifier to connect a pair of passive speakers.

With the Interactive function, it is possible to start playing audio files via the input contact. The NanoPlayer Box can be triggered by a push button, a presence detector, or any other solution providing an electrical contact. Triggering, file changing, and volume management can also be controlled by the optional infrared remote control.

Ideal for adding an audio dimension to all types of spaces, for low-budget installations, for triggering a message when a visitor passes by, or for sound reinforcement in a public place. The NanoPlayer Box is an economical and versatile solution for audio playback.

¹ Some ID3v1 and ID3v2.4 end-of-file metadata may cause unwanted noise at the end of files.
